Award-Winning International Vocalist & Recording Artist Cosimo Lizzi Is Releasing His Brand-New EP “Volare” on 02-01-2024
New York: Cosimo Lizzi the Award-Winning International Vocalist & Recording Artist known for his well-received Debut Album “Amore del Passato” is set to release his latest EP “Volare” on 02-01-2024. The four track EP pays homage to the Original Classic Single and Grammy Winner that was originally sung by Italian Singer-songwriter Domenico Modugno on the 66th Anniversary of its release (02-01-2024). The title track and lead-off Single “Volare”(Nel Blu Dipinto Di Blu) is an exciting Euro-Dance transformation of the song. The Single that was produced in Italy takes the listener to the dance floors of Italy and beyond with its infectious beat and slick production.
The Digital Single has an award-winning musical team behind it. The song was produced in London, U.K. by Award-Winning Record Producer Philip Larsen whose credits include the Grammy winning “Come into My World” by Kylie Minogue as well as working with Katy Perry among many others. He adds his own personal touch of “Xanadu” to the mix and transports the listener to an ethereal place. The track was completed at World-Famous Metropolis Studios in London by award-winning engineer Tony Cousins whose credits even include Adele. In addition, several famous well-known musicians lend their musical hand by adding their magic touch including: Grammy-Nominee Robin A. Smith (Andre Bocelli’s Arranger and Pianist) on Piano and Strings, Chuck Sabo on Drums (Elton John’s “The Lion King”, Cher, Tina Turner and many more) and Tim Lefebvre (Sting, David Bowie, Elvis Costello among others) on Bass Guitar. Joey & Cosimo both feel a very personal musical connection to Olivia and all her songs that have touched the hearts of the world. It is their wish to help continue the legacy that Olivia Newton-John started in their own special way.
